Your contribution to this effort will help me in providing assistance to injured motorcycle racers who have run out of financial options. I have made a personal commitment to the foundation to provide 100% of the proceeds through the sale of the safety banner.

Clayton Memorial Foundation:

In 1989, Charles and Sharon Clayton, the founders of America's weekly motorcycle newspaper, Cycle News, established the Clayton Memorial Foundation upon realizing the need to financially help motorcycle racers who had been injured while racing. The Claytons wanted to give back to an industry that had given so much to them. Most of these injured riders had nowhere to turn. Their insurance benefits had run out and the raffle money that their friends and clubs had contributed was quickly used up in medical expenses. Since the inception of the foundation, the non-profit charity has disbursed thousands of dollars to injured racers in need.

The Clayton’s mission is to continue giving financial aid to riders who are injured in competitions sanctioned by organizations which are, in the sole opinion of the Board of Directors, bonafide motorcycle sanctioning bodies.

Classified as a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Charity; Tax Identification Number 33-0269409

About SKYKING; and John Y. King

The Company name comes from combining my parents' surnames. Skyking and are a privately held company that began in 1997. After three weeks on the Internet, Domestic and International Sales for my Motorcycle Products was off and running. Only the highest quality products are produced and the policy has always been "the customer is always right". During my 22 year ever increasing Engineering and Program Management career, I have held numerous positions as the Professional and Personal Development Director for the second largest Aerospace Company in the World, BAE SYSTEMS. Each year I am representative for the Junior Achievement Program teaching grade school children the fundamentals of American Business and Society. Just like 2001 for 2002 our efforts are focused on financially assisting injured motorcycle racers through the Clayton Memorial Foundation. So far over $2,500 has been raised for this important cause.
