Ordering

Ordering by Telephone

Please call 1-858-337-5267 (Tuesday-Friday 10-6PM PST). During our regular hours (Pacific Standard Time, U.S.) you will reach a recorder and your call will be returned the same day. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible after we have all of the required information from you.

Before Ordering

To expedite your order please know your motorcycle’s make, model, and year.

Credit Card Security Information

Have your credit card ready along with the three digit CVC number (located on the back of your credit card) before starting the ordering process via the internet at www.skykingproducts.com. In order to eliminate credit card fraud we use PayPal via the internet. PayPal accepts both Master Card and Visa.

California Residents only: If you reside in California please click on the CA button in order to have California Sales Tax added.

By Mail

Use personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks. Do not send cash!

California Residents only: If you reside in California please calculate California Sales Tax (7.75%).

C O D (Cash on Delivery)

If you wish to pay for your order when it reaches you there is an additional $5 fee. You must have cash or cashiers check on hand when the postal carrier attempts to deliver and collect payment. We will gladly ship to your work address if it is easier for acceptance.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via United States Post Office Priority Mail. This is the fastest and most cost efficient method but allow five working days for planning purposes. Each shipment is processed and completed within 24 hours during our business week. A tracking number is assigned so that confirmation of delivery can be verified. Most items are charged $5, which covers both shipping and handling.

Shipping Claims

All orders are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Damage occurring in transit must be reported to the United States Postal Service. All responsibility for damage or shortages after leaving our shipping dock lies with the United States Postal Service and not Skyking.

Questions about your order?

Upon receipt of your order we will contact you via E-mail or phone and notify you of the exact date of shipment. After your order arrives it will contain an invoice and a listing of items shipped. If you have any questions please provide your name and invoice number.

Part Installation and Fitment Policy

It is important that you order the right part for the job you are undertaking. Since we have no control over how the part we sell is used, it will be up to the purchaser to make sure that the correct part is chosen for the job and the correct installation is applied.

Warranty and Remedy

Skyking and Skykingproducts.com hereby warrants that at the time of delivery the parts purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform to the requirements of the order. Skyking assumes no liability for faulty or improper installation or use. All claims under this warranty must be made in writing to Skyking. Upon receipt of authorization from Skyking, the parts claimed to be defective or nonconforming must be returned freight prepaid, to Skyking. Skyking will repair, or at its option, replace any defective or nonconforming parts, and will return the repaired part or its replacement without charge. The failure to give Skyking written notice of any claim within the warranty period shall constitute a waiver of all claims. The foregoing states Skyking’s policy of warranty and does not apply to any claims made by any other party. This warranty does not extend to parts that have been altered or repaired nor does it extend to parts that have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation. Skyking shall not, in any event, be liable for any incidental or consequential damages nor for any other damages in excess of the purchase price for the part. THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WRITTEN, ORAL, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILTY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
