Yes, the sliders worked great! I highsided on turn 7 at Road Atlanta
which is a second gear corner on the Daytona, so speed was around 65mph. I
was stupid and tried to use the curbing at the exit in the wet. Let's just
say the paint is very slick when damp. The bodywork wasn't hardly damaged.
It could have been far worse because the bike scrapped across the pavement a
long way, and just before it came to rest it went into the grass. I'd say it
was on the pavment for a good 125-175 feet.

The frame sliders really did a great job as you can see. The only thing
that broke was the rear set but I was still able to ride the bike back to
the pits.
