Before Ordering

To expedite your order please know your motorcycle's make, model, and year.

Credit Card Security Information

Have your credit card ready before starting the ordering process via the internet at www.skykingproducts.com. We accept Master Card and Visa.

By Mail

Use personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks. Do not send cash!

California Residents only: If you reside in California please calculate California Sales Tax (7.75%).

Shipping

All orders are shipped via United States Post Office Mail. This is the fastest and most cost efficient method but allow five working days for planning purposes. Each shipment is processed and completed usually within 24 hours during our business week. A tracking number is assigned so that confirmation of delivery can be verified.

Shipping Claims

All orders are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Damage occurring in transit must be reported to the United States Postal Service. All responsibility for damage or shortages after leaving our shipping dock lies with the United States Postal Service and not Skyking.

Questions about your order?

Upon receipt of your order we will contact you via E-mail or phone and notify you of the exact date of shipment. After your order arrives it will contain an invoice and a listing of items shipped. If you have any questions please provide your name and invoice number.

Part Installation and Fitment Policy

It is important that you order the right part for the job you are undertaking. Since we have no control over how the part we sell is used, it will be up to the purchaser to make sure that the correct part is chosen for the job and the correct installation is applied.

Warranty and Remedy

Skyking and Skykingproducts.com hereby warrants that at the time of delivery the parts purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform to the requirements of the order. Skyking assumes no liability for faulty or improper installation or use. All claims under this warranty must be made in writing to Skyking. Upon receipt of authorization from Skyking, the parts claimed to be defective or nonconforming must be returned freight prepaid, to Skyking. Skyking will repair, or at its option, replace any defective or nonconforming parts, and will return the repaired part or its replacement without charge. The failure to give Skyking written notice of any claim within the warranty period shall constitute a waiver of all claims. The foregoing states Skyking's policy of warranty and does not apply to any claims made by any other party. This warranty does not extend to parts that have been altered or repaired nor does it extend to parts that have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation. Skyking shall not, in any event, be liable for any incidental or consequential damages nor for any other damages in excess of the purchase price for the part. THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WRITTEN, ORAL, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILTY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

 

RETURN POLICY

DO NOT install parts prior to reading this!

 

Read Completely Prior to Opening/Installing Part(s).

 

Claims, product returns, and/or incorrect orders or shipments must be addressed as follows:

 

PACKAGE DAMAGE/LOSS:
Parts lost or damaged in shipment are not the responsibility of Skyking Products. If your part(s) are damaged or lost during shipment, you must contact the delivery carrier and file a claim within 24 hours. For packages damaged during shipment, save the box and packaging materials until the package can be inspected by the carrier.

 

DAMAGE OR DISCREPANCY CLAIMS:
Skyking Products must be notified WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT, AND PRIOR TO INSTALLATION, of any and all damages/discrepancies to your shipment. Please note: Claims for damage outlined below WILL NOT BE VALID once the part has been installed. Inspect each part thoroughly for dents, chips, scratches, gouges, flaws, etc. and report any such damage to Skyking Products by phone, fax or e-mail within 72 hours of receipt.

 

RETURNS:
Merchandise may not be returned to Skyking Products unless purchased directly from Skyking Products. Proof of purchase is required. Request to return product must be arranged within 30 days of the invoice date and are subject to a 15%-30% re-stocking fee and all freight charges. Installed parts are not returnable. Returns will not be accepted without pre-authorization from Skyking Products. Contact Skyking Products for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and clearly mark the number on the outside of the package. Packages without a RAN will be refused. Parts must be packaged carefully to prevent damage. Customer is responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping due to inadequate packaging. Shipments will not be accepted freight collect. Skyking Products is not responsible for freight charges in returns. Return claims will be subject to exchange only.

We suggest returns be shipped in a manner that provides the shipper with tracking ability so receipt can be verified. Shipment will not be accepted freight collect. Skyking Products is not responsible for freight charges on returns.
